Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with the original tag attached.

To arrange a return, please send a message to contact@ponderosalondon.com and a prepaid return label will be issued. A £2.60 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your item is received, refunds are processed within 10 days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 days for your bank to process the payment.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and a full refund including original shipping costs will be arranged.
